The challenge was to explain the idea of clinical trials in a way that was clear, accessible and engaging.
The Approach
We used animation and storytelling to take viewers through the subject, beginning with the history of clinical trials and the pioneering work of James Lind in the 1700s.
From there, the animation helps explain how clinical trials have developed and why carefully conducted research continues to play such an important role in modern medicine.
