There are lots of steps, unfamiliar terms and important decisions along the way. The challenge was to take that complicated journey and turn it into something clear, friendly and easy to follow.

We stripped the process back to the information people really needed to know and built a simple visual journey around it.
Using straightforward language, character animation and clear visual cues, we broke each stage into manageable steps — helping viewers understand not just what they needed to do, but what happens next.
